1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Capturioo at capturioo.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

2. The service

Capturioo is a free web-based tool for creating device mockup images for app store listings and marketing materials. Using the Service requires creating a free account. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or process content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service in ways that impose an unreasonable load

Violation of these rules may result in access being restricted or terminated.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of any screenshots, images, or content you upload into Capturioo. We store your uploaded images and project data in our cloud infrastructure solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any images you upload or process through Capturioo.

Mockup images you export using Capturioo are yours. You may use them for commercial purposes without attribution to Capturioo.

5. Intellectual property

The Capturioo website, editor, device frame artwork, background presets, and all associated software are owned by Capturioo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service itself (as distinguished from content you create using it) without our prior written permission.

Device names and trademarks (iPhone, Pixel, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Capturioo is not affiliated with Apple, Google, or any device manufacturer.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPTURIOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed USD $10.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time directly from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data (projects, scenes, library images) is soft-deleted and your login access is revoked. Your data is retained for 90 days to allow for potential restoration — contact support@capturioo.com within that window if you wish to recover your account. After 90 days, all associated data is permanently purged from our systems.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capturioo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
